We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 USD.

All orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. 

Equestrihome is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 30 days for a full product refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final.
